I did not have a good experience at this office. I needed a gum graft and initially went in for X-rays. I was told that although they were out of network with all insurance providers, they could still submit claims for reimbursement based on my coverage. That seemed reasonable until my insurance denied the claim. The denial happened because the provider did not submit the correct credentials and licensing information required for the claim to be processed. I spent several days going back and forth between the office and my insurance company trying to resolve the issue. My insurance representative was surprised that I was the one handling all the communication, since this should have been addressed directly by the provider’s office. Unfortunately, the office did not properly follow through on my requests, and they seemed unhappy when I decided to cancel the gum graft procedure. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering treatment here contact their insurance company while still in the office to verify that all provider credentials and claim information have been properly submitted before proceeding with dental work.

I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Cohen, his employees Lauren, and Angela. Both are absolute angels. I had a SEVERE fear of dentists. I was bawling upon arrival and not only did every person reassure me, but they made me feel incredibly safe and welcomed. Dr Cohen started off his introduction with jokes which made me feel at ease. Lauren and Angela were so sweet and kind as well as knowledgeable. I’m really looking forward with continuing my care at this office.

I did not have a good experience at this office. After informing everyone at this office of my anxiety about having my tooth extracted without sedation, I was assured they did it every day and there would be no issues. It was a terrifying experience, I was shaking - at one point I heard the doctor say “well if that’s the biggest mistake I make today, I feel pretty good” while my eyes were covered. I left the office with my blood pressure at 140/100, completely traumatized.
